The Video Doorbell 2 works in any house and can be operated with or without an existing doorbell. Equipped with a quick-change battery system, it can be charged without having to be removed.

Besides a camera, doorbells from Ring are equipped with a microphone and loudspeaker, which allow you to communicate with visitors even if you’re out and about. You can, for example, tell the delivery guy where to place your parcel, perfect for avid online shoppers.
The weather-resistant Video Doorbell Pro comes in a sleek design, but requires existing doorbell wiring. In comparison to the Video Doorbell 2, extra functionality includes user-defined movement zones, increased movement recognition and person identification. It also has interchangeable faceplates in four colours, as well as a Chime connector. This additional WLAN bell fits with every standard socket and connects to Ring devices, ensuring that you hear the doorbell throughout the entire house.
For those wanting to save images and be able to access them from anywhere, Ring also offers the option to set up a paid-for Cloud account.
